06. Dec. - Lugas Mēģinājums un Tirdziņš | Play Rehearsal and Christmas Bazaar

Mēs esam patiecīgi par visu mūsu skolas saimi un ceram ka jūsu ģimenes var izbaudīt šo svētku laiku!

Bērniem - lūdzam lai mācās lugas rindas no galvas!

Vecākiem - Lugas kostīmiem: bērniem būs jāvelk melnus kreklus ar garām piedurknēm, un klāt melnas garās bikses. Iesakām jau tagad meklēt šos tērpus, ja jums nav.

05.Dec - Pēdējā dienā, kad varesiet ziedot mantas loterijai. Loterijai var arī nest tieši tirdziņa dienā.

06.Dec - Lugas Mēģinājums sākās plkst 9:00 - 11:00 Pelēcis/McLeod Mājās.

Adrese: 3005 W. 42nd Street. Mpls, MN 55410. Būs kafijas vecākiem.   

Bērni jāmācas rindas no galvas.

Pēc mēģinājums sekos Ziemassvētku Tirdziņš. Tirdžiņš sākas 11:00 baznīcā. Bērni ir aicināti plkst 11:30 lai palīdzes Damu Saimei lejas telpās.

Lūdzam jauniešus un skolas bērnus (vis kas var!) nākt palīgā Dāmu Saimei ar tirdziņa norisi. Darbiņi būtu - palīdzēt novākt traukus, palīdzēt pie kafijas galda un pie loterijas, skolas galda un citur! Kopā vienmēr jautrāk. Un atgādinam ka Dāmu Saime ir vieni no lielākajiem skolas atbalstītājiem. Lūdzu pieteikties šeit.

Vecākus aicinam sagatavot mājas našķus vai kādas mazas/nelielas dekorācijas pārdošanai tirdziņā. Skolai būs galdiņš, kur mēs tirgosim šīs lietas un visi ienākumi nāks par labu mūsu skolai!

Mums ir atļauts pārdot ēdamas lietas, bet tās nevar "'konkurēt" ar dāmu saimes piedāvājumu (piem., pīrāgiem, mazajām piparkūkām, maizi, sieru) un lietām ir jābūt iesaiņotām/maisiņā! Dzērvenes pūdercukurā, žāvētus ābolus, "riekstiņus",  rupjmaizes grauzdiņus, lielās dekorētās piparkūkas, bezē cepumus, ūdens kliņģerus uc. 

LŪDZU dodiet ziņu (atbildiet uz epastu no Indras Halovrsones), ja varēsiet kaut ko sagatavot pārdošanai - atrakstiet, ko tieši un vai jau atvedīsiet iesaiņotas (ja ne, mēs ar ar Zani saliksim maisiņos).

Ja ir kādas idejas par "neēdamām" lietām - dekori, kartiņas u.c., dodat ziņu Indrai arī par to!

13.Dec - Pēdējais lugas mēginājums un skolas piparkūku cepšana.

Mums vēl vajadzēs palīdzību par piparkūkas cepšana.

We are thankful for the whole school community. We hope you are enjoying this time of year.

In front of us is our holiday season and the end of our semester. With that, we invite all parents to pitch in and prepare for all of our year end events.

Children should memorize their lines for the play.

Parents - The children need to wear black shirts and pants for the play. Please start to find these for your children.

05.Dec - Last day to donate to the lottery. You can also bring the day of tirdziņš if you forget.

06.Dec - Play rehearsal from 9:00 - 11:00 at the Pelēcis/McLeod house.

Then the Christmas Bazaar will follow at the church. The bazaar starts at 11:00. Children are invited to arrive at 11:30 after play rehearsal to help the Ladies Aid in the church's lower level.

School children and young community members are invited to help the Ladies Aid with the Christmas bazaar. Little jobs include: helping to clear used dishes from tables, helping serve coffee, and helping out with the lottery, school's table at the bazaar, or anywhere else help is needed. Remeber that the Ladies Aid is one of the school's biggest supporters. This is a wonderful way to show them our appreciation.

Parents can make something for bake sale table! - but not "pīrāgi" or Latvian bread, as we can not "compete" with the Ladies Aid sale downstairs.

PLEASE let us know (respond to the email from Indra Halvorson) if you will be able to make something for bake sale - what and if you will bring those items already packaged (we will be able to package the items at the table as well).

If you have some ideas for "'not edible"' items, please let me know as well.

13.Dec - Our last play rehearsal and school gingerbread baking. We still need help with gingerbread baking.
